In the next while, it will present its new Spring/Summer 2021 eyewear collection, which is said to be “personal, approachable and forward-thinking.”

The Andy Wolf brand was founded in 2006 by Katharina Schlager, who was a designer of eyewear, and two close friends: Andreas Pirkheim (Andy) and Wolfgang Scheucher (Wolf). For over a decade, the company has specialized in manufacturing reading glasses. From design to prototyping, production and distribution, every pair of spectacles was crafted exclusively in Austria. The founders of the brand have always believed and stood for local, traditional eyewear craftsmanship. From the humble beginning, the idea was to combine a modern, innovative design with unique and exquisite Austrian craftsmanship.

In 2016, to mark its 10th anniversary, Andy Wolf bought a new factory in the French Jura and started the production of metal eyeglasses and sunglasses. The turning point for the company began with Rihanna, when she wore the label’s shades at the Cannes Film Festival. The brand has since gained international fame, and today it is a globally famous manufacturer of classical and headstrong spectacles that are not just fashionable, but also durable and sustainable.
