Dr. Sarah Phen (“Dr. Sarah”), a native of Miami, fulfilled her dream of becoming an optometrist after graduating with her Doctorate from the New England College of Optometry in Boston, MA. In her last year of graduate school, she completed her externship rotations at the Veterans Affairs Hospital in Lowell MA, Indian Health Services in Albuquerque, New Mexico and Perkins School for the Blind in Watertown, MA. Dr. Phen was determined to become an eyecare professional after being fit with her first pair of glasses at the age of 7. Since then, it has been a lifelong goal of hers to enhance the human visual experience for every patient she encounters. She settled in New York City where she provides comprehensive eye care to adults and children here at EuroOptica.

Dr. Phen takes great pride in the thoroughness of her exams. She gets to know her patients and carefully assesses their visual needs and ocular concerns. In addition to perfecting eyeglass and contact lens prescriptions, she co-manages pre/post refractive and LASIK surgeries. She also serves as an eye care consultant for the film & television industry.

When not performing eye exams, Dr. Phen enjoys dabbling in the arts every now and then and spends her time exploring the wonders all New York has to offer.
